I know that I’m not the only person in the world that has ever been angry/upset/disappointed at a situation. Life has countless ways to make us feel negative. If someone REALLY annoys you and you can feel anger building up inside you, a lot of people will tell you to calm down or to “let it go.” I may be slightly incorrect in my estimation here…
